First Lost Tooth!

Have I mentioned how much I hate how the pictures are done on the blogger? It took me forever to get the pictures in the order I want!!

Proud baby girl with her first lost tooth! All her friends were losing teeth and she couldn't wait to lose a tooth!

I'm the one that yanked it out!

What the tooth fairy left her!

Family Visiting from Texas

Brittany and her family came to visit the end of July. It was really great seeing them again. The Friday after they came we went up to Strawberry Reservoir. Everybody but us spent the night up there. Once again Jeremy had to work Saturday. Jeremy did go fishing and he caught two fish! We got to keep one of them and I cooked it up and it was so yummy!! He usually doesn't keep any of the fish he catches but now I'm going to make him! The girls and I stayed at Beth and Terry's while Jeremy came down to work. Everyone came back Saturday afternoon and we had a barbeque and when it got dark I did a couple of fireworks and watched the fireworks over the lake. The following Wednesday Beth, Brittany and Clara came down and Amber and the kids came from Spanish Fork. We went to the Riverwoods and played in the water fountains they have there. It was a lot of fun. TJ really liked it. He is my water boy. Whenever I give him a bath I get one also in the process!! Then the next Sunday we went up again because the Sunday before both Josh and Kiersten were not able to be there. We took some cute family pictures. I only got one of the kids and not the whole family. We played some fun games and had some good food!

Family Visiting from Columbia

My brother, Brendon, and his family came to visit for the month of July. The kids and I went to visit them at my mom and dad's one Sunday. It is so good seeing them once or twice a year! I love when they come! I was so sad because I couldn't go camping with our whole family and we really missed going. Jeremy works on Saturdays for 8 hours at his second job. His second job is no work no pay and we just can't afford not to work. Perhaps next year will be better! (Like my positive attitude? Something I'm working on!)

Baseball

My nephews, Landon and Carson, went to state with their baseball team. My brother also coaches their team. Their state games were in Pleasant Grove at 11 in the morning so I thought it would be fun to take the girls to the game. We had fun and stayed the whole time. I forgot how much I like to watch baseball. The girls had fun playing with Reagan. Afterwards we went to Discovery Park and played for an hour.

Being a Stay at Home Mom

On July 22 it had been a year since I last worked. I have worked pretty much since I turned 16. I have worked all of our married life. It was kind of a big deal for me to remember it and it was kind of easy to remember because it was right before the 24th of July. I had sad feelings and I had glad feelings. Some days I wish I still had a job. One thing I did not count on though was how much I love staying home with my children! Of course I have my days when I'm going crazy and wish I could get out of the house. It seemed to be that with each baby I had I enjoyed them more. My mom said it was because I wasn't working. I worked 20 hours a week with Sariah and then I went down to 15 hours a week with Emily. Now I stay at home full time. I did realize that I enjoy my children so much more not working. When I worked I was always stressed and tired. I spent more time worrying about cleaning the house and cooking so the kids kind of just got pushed back and they frustrated me. I have enjoyed being able to go to Sariah's school during the day and do things with her. One downside thing is I seem to eat a lot more. Just being home all day I tend to just snack all day long. With working I was always moving and going and doing stuff. Quitting my job was really hard on me and I am still a little angry about how it all happened. I am very happy though that I am finally able to stay home. I really appreciate Jeremy that he is working two jobs so that I am able to.
